Signing "More"

This is during the same feeding as below. It was toward the end of her feeding and I was trying to get her to sign "more". Her signing "more" is more like clapping her hands.. but you get the gist of it. She is my little smarty pants!! I love that girl!! On a side note... it is fun to teach Lauren sign because now Abby is starting to sign more as well.. I think that is so much fun!!

Roller Coaster

Ok.. so I love roller coasters!! Today when I was feeding Lauren she kept throwing her hands up in the air and it reminded me of riding a fun roller coaster.. hehe.. ok.. I'm lame.. I know.. but it is still fun to watch Lauren do it!! Hopefully she likes them too!! :) She even looks like she is saying.. "AHHHH"

Lets go fly a kite!!

Today we went over to my cute grandma and grandpa Brown's house. I think they are the CUTEST pictures with Grandma Brown!! Mike and Abby went outside and flew a kite. Abby loved it. It was funny to watch her run in her flip flops though!Here are some cute pictures from today and a cute video!!

Lauren walking with walker

Lauren LOVED walking with this walker.. she kept going back and forth for about 20 min. She is getting more sturdy everyday. I am not ready for her to walk.. but I have a feeling she is going to do it sooner than later!!

Goblin Valley & Wild Horse Canyon

This weekend we went camping and had so much fun!! I love hanging out with Mike's family, they are so much fun!!Abby did a GREAT job hiking!! She loved to jump off the rocks and run around!! I was so proud of her. She loved sleeping in the tent too. She slept all night!! I am bummed though, my camera ran out of batteries too soon so I didn't get many pictures. Wendy (my mother in law) took tons of great pictures. So here are a couple pictures of our trip and I will post more later when I get them from her!!

Hiking in Centerville Canyon, April 12, 2008

This weekend we went hiking again in the Centerville Canyons!! Abigail did such a good job.. she did alot of the walking.. I was so proud of her!! We hiked up to a swing and had tons of fun. Abby was a little nervous until Mike and I tried it and then she loved the swing!! Lets hope she is this good next week when we go to Goblin Vally and Wild Horse Canyon!! Wheeler Farm

I honestly love to go to Wheeler Farm with my friends and their kids. Abigail LOVES to see all of her friends and I love to get out of the house. I am sure Lauren loves it too. She just wouldn't keep her darn hat on!! Plus.. you can't beat a free day out!! Here are some fun pictures of our day out!!

Lauren is standing in her crib now!!

So, I was babysitting my cousin Jake for the day and while him and Abby were playing a game I tried to put Lauren down for a nap. Everytime I went to go check on her she was standing in her crib!! The only problem is she couldn't get back down!! What do you do??

Hiking in Centerville Mountains

Mike, Abigail and I went hiking this weekend. It was alot of fun. We are going to Goblin Valley and Wild Horse Canyon on April 18-19th so we are trying to get Abby used to hiking. It was tons of fun and I think she really enjoyed it. (even though she wouldn't smile for the camera!!)

Dinosaur Museum

Abigail and I went to the Museum of Natural History at the U of U today. It was so much fun. It was so much fun to hang out with a lot of my friends and have Abby play with their little kids as well. I didn't bring Lauren though. She has had kinda a runny nose today so I didn't want her to get to close to the other babies that came today. I missed her. When I went to pick her up at my moms house, we were talking in the living room and we were watching Lauren crawl around and she went to the stairs and she started to CLIMB up them!! She climbed up 3 stairs!! She can't do that.. she is only 8 months old.. she shouldn't be able to get around like that.. hehe.. well.. I am going to have my cut out for me now!! :)

Update on Lauren

So, yesterday while I was getting Abby dressed, Lauren was crawling around the room. Well, I looked back at her and she was standing next to the toy box playing with the things on top. I was in shock!! She can pull herself up to standing position now!! That is crazy.. so now it is just going to get worse huh?? hehe. I guess she is growing up and she is doing it faster than I want her to. I want her to stay my little baby... but what can you do huh??
